Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

Condition: Returned watches must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (e.g., warranty card, manual).

Special Orders: Custom orders, special requests, and watches on sale are non-returnable and all sales are final.
